This looks like a temporary profile issue, where the user's locked out of their normal account by a corrupted user profile. Windows creates a temp account for you (usually with a number starting from 1000).

You can see if this guide is helpful:

I used to use One Drive. I use Dropbox now.

However, I decided to do a 'clean install of Windows. Im backing up profiles / settings / etc

Thanks. This error is getting wiped out.
