Hey everybody,
Looking for help logging in to my HP laptop, I forgot my password and when I click “Reset Password” it tells me I need a removable media drive. I can’t even get it to boot into safe mode as it jumps to an update installation and when completed goes right back into the main log in screen, can anybody help me?
