Game Controllers issue

Windows 11 Home 25H2.26200.8457
After opening 'Game controllers' Windows lists my devices (5) total. However if I select my T-Rudder 'Thrustmaster TFRP Pedals' then select Properties the game controller window merely closes. It does not do this with my other devices. Clicking on them and properties brings up the calibration window.
