What is this weird behavior?

If I run a game from a desktop shortcut,it takes around 1 min to load
If I move that shortcut to any folder,it takes a min to load
If I run the game directly from the exe from the folder,it takes a min to load

and now here is the weird part
If I open any kind of program(other than explorer)that allows me to navigate to a file and run either the exe or the shortcut, then it takes less than 15 seconds until the game window appear

Even if I do Notepad=>File=>Open=>right click on the shortcut\exe and open it,then there is also no problem

I had this problem with one game for months and now I started getting it with another one so I decided to investigate
The only protection I have is Windows Defender but disabling it does not change anything

No change,I also tried disabling game mode
I tried something else
I create a bat file that points to the game executable and it was again fast even if I run the bat file from explorer window
Basically of the parent process is explorer.exe,I mage a massive delay

Edit:I have been trying all of my games and on every single one, they all load faster if I don't run them from explorer window or the desktop

Try clearing File Explorer history, see that will help.

File Explorer history
  1. Press Win + E to open the File Explorer.
  2. Click on the three dots on the toolbar and select Options.
  3. Go to the General tab.
  4. Press the Clear button next to Clear File Explorer history.
  5. Click OK.

No change sadly
That's some weird problem,I can't even think of a reason why running games exclusively from the explorer would behave like this

Have you tried recreating the shortcut by navigating to the game exe then right-click on the game exe and then select create shortcut?
Then use that shortcut to start the game.

Yes,the same thing happens even if I run the exe directly from the folder

If I reach to the exe using windows explorer, there will be a delay,if i use anything else to reach to the exe, there will be no delay
