All makes sense, here is mine after rebuild but have nothing to really put PC under load and probably never will.When you enter the BIOS, the load is minimal. It is necessary to check on a running computer. It would be desirable to also give a load, for example, video editing or playing a game. That's when you decide if you still need a fan, especially since it's not summer and there's no heat. For understanding, I attach two screenshots.

My PC is 2 SSDs, one CD/dvd drive and some front and rear USB 3 ports, ( not used in years ), CPU fan and a case fan, not really heat generating.
Graphic and audio are integrated.
