It dispslayed the partitions, tried recover files but nothing
It fails in last command fails to copy boot files + after reboot now boots to screen saying boot device not found please install an operating system on your device its related to hp, easeus partition manager was supposed to do 3 operations 1st one moving data and it failed after it

If your firmware has HP Sure Start technology, then you can not write to EFI system partition. Sure Start protects EFI partition and the files in that partition. I have HP EliteBook and it has Sure Start. I cannot even update Windows certificate CA 2023. I am waiting for a BIOS update from HP in order to be able to update my notebook to the new certificate. HP said a BIOS update is targeted to be released by the end of December 2025. But nothing till now.

Then most probably, your Windows partition is damaged during moving this partition forward to make space for EFI system partition. You could make a new partition for EFI at the end of your disk drive because EFI partition place is not important. You could even delete Recovery partition and make it EFI partition. But it is too late, I believe. If you please, you can start clean installation of Windows or wait for other members' replies. There are very knowledgeable members here but it's Christmas time and weekend.

In windows all was normal & working, i shrinked some space from C drive using disk mgmt, then using easeus PM i extended the efi partition to add the unallocated space to it so it asked for a reboot i rebooted & easeus said it will do 3 operations after 1 operation which was moving data (idk why but i kept it) it returned with a failure error (cant mount volume or something) then devicie became unbootable, i opened cmd in winre, diskpart commands i noticed the Fs of the windows partition is unknown & it have no name then tried some bcd commands but still nothing, then i ran chkdsk command after it the name & fs of the partition came back, thats it all, idk if there is still a chance to recover the partition or no & im forced to reisntall windows from scratch
