From everything I have read, you have to opt out, apparently. This must be by country because I have didn’t see this. Australia is pretty hard on US companies and our privacy. The worst case of this I found on the internet was that someone complained that you need to Opt out, not Opt in. Which to me is wrong but… it isn’t a requirement that I know of, it’s an option. Outlook email accounts are in the cloud anyway, it would be 3rd party ISP email addresses I would object to being synced with Microsoft. If they force that, I’ll be following Edwin.
