For example in my case, I do not use "Home" folder at all so I moved it and onedrive down to the lower section of the navigation pane. 90% of the time I navigate in my file explorer using only the navigation pane. I have stripped it down to mostly what I use.

How about just removing it then and just have the Desktop?

I'm not sure. I just removed all that stuff.
I removed most of the Windows Apps too.
You can right click and "unpin" it if desired.

If there is any member I know that might be able to answer moving Goofle Drive down the list, it would be @Edwin who has played with the context menu fairly extensively. If it’s possible, that is.

You can create a Custom Navigation Pane item using WinaeroTweaker...,
... and unpin the other...
