How can I add a center toolbar within the Windows 11 lower taskbar?

Greetings!

I am missing my custom center toolbar (as expected) after upgrading from W10.
Is there any way to create this in W11. It's a PITA without it.

Natively it is not possible to use a taskbar toolbar in Windows 11. You would need a third party tool.

I really need anothet toolbar on the taskbar at the bottom of the screen. Not a double layer.

How annoying. Startallback is a great option but if windows 11 is such a PITA don’t you have the rollback option still?
