How can I stop the specials keys to activate when I start my pc??

I have a problem some time ago, where my computer activate the special key feature for the keyboard, I honestly dont use it and feel it so annoying when I try to lod into my mails, Is there a way to stop it from been activated automatically???

If you are talking about the Windows key (between Control and Alt), then you can disable it...

Are you talking about function keys being active as media keys e.g. F2 adjusts volume rather than edits text?
