How gain space on Windows folder?

Hello everybody,
on my system disk, Windows takes more than 50% of the space 63/117 Go.
Is it possible to reduce this ratio and suppress all that's not really uesful?

You really need a larger drive. 60GB for a complete Windows installation is not large, most people see a lot more space used than that.

I agree. You need a minimum 256GB drive.

What is the Make and Model # of your Lenovo Laptop?

Press the Windows key +X and choose Disk Management.
Take a screenshot of the lower pane that lists all drives and their sizes and attach it in your next post.

You may have an eMMC drive, which is soldered onto the motherboard, If so and the laptop doesn't have a port for another drive, you won't be able to upgrade to a larger size disk.
But being 120GB drive it may just be a small SSD. You can easily replace this drive with a larger one like 256 GB, t 512GB or better yet 1TB depending on your budget.

You can use a 3rd party cloning/imaging app like the free Hasleo Backup Suite. Attach the new SSD via a USB Adapter and clone the existing Windows Disk to the new SSD, then replace the existing disk with the new SSD and have a lot more free space.

You can then use the 120 GB drive in the USB Adapter as a backup drive.
