How to add custom word to on-screen keyboard suggestions

In particular it is somewhat irritating that no matter how many times I type my email address, it never learns it or suggests it. My Android phone seems to have no issue with this, is there a way I can force Windows 11 on-screen keyboard to learn an email address and suggest it in future.

I apologize if this has been answered elsewhere but I have spent a lot of time searching with little success.

I also have searched and had no luck. I found instructions for editing the dictionary file manually. Ive added several words, and in Settings > Privacy > Inking & Typing Personalization > Personal Dictionary... The words appear there, but they are never offered as a suggestion when typing.

It works in OneNote, Edge, and on Internet Explorer
