How to Restart Windows 11 from Windows PE boot menu screen?

In Windows 11, we have Timer, Change Default OS, and Advanced Options, in PE screen.But how to Restart from this point without using Power, Reset, Ctrl+Alt+Del buttons?

Windows Build/Version: Windows 11 v 21H2 OS Build 22000.613
