What do you mean "Tuneup results were unremarkable"?

I didn't follow you on the part where you had mentioned the RAM failures with the said code you listed.

- HP Support Assistant: Successfully updated but found no important computer updates to drivers or software.
- HP UEFI Hardware Diagnostics: Successfully updated program but did not run any troubleshooting with it as I did not know I needed to.
- McAfee: Successfully uninstalled McAfee with the McAfee removal tool and then reinstalled from CenturyLink.

- Microsoft Windows Troubleshooters: They were posted in the thread, but I will repost them now.

@zbook: Thanks for the information. It is still not going into sleep mode. I am on my Lenovo desktop and haven't bothered it. But the light on the computer is still solid white indicating it's idle.

Run:
Get_Powercfg_info.bat - Click here to go to the BSOD batch repository to download and run this batch file.


Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

msdt.exe -id NetworkDiagnosticsNetworkAdapter


Uninstall Mcaffee software and make sure that Microsoft Defender is on.

Run the Microsoft Defender offline scan > report results

Monitor the computer for several hours without Mcaffee and report whether it does or does not sleep.


If the computer does not sleep then post a new V2.


If it does sleep then reinstall Mcaffee and check sleep again.

@zbook : Update: It never slept. Just woke up and came into the Computer Room/Office to check on it, and it still isn't asleep and the battery is drained.

@zbook: Yes, McAfee is removed from the computer and Defender is in use. It has been this way since over night. I will go back over post #29 and will have share link of the powercfg script as soon as possible.
