HP Victus 15 (i5-13420H) crashing with DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION(0x133)

Hi, I've been using the iGPU of my laptop since the BSOD and it is stable when nvidia gpu is disabled, but I'm facing problems with my work using only the igpu as it is very slow, the bsod is still there whenever I enable the Nvidia gpu, is it not fixable?

I installed macrium reflect, but dont know what to do with it?

The new V2 collected 5 mini dump files.

Three were from today, 08/01/26.

All were caused by nvlddmkm.sys.

There were two different Nvidia GPU driver versions.



For additional testing:

The laptop can be tested with a Windows 10 clean install.

Then the Macrium backup image can be restored.





Options now are:

a) Use the laptop with only Intel GPU (lower performance but stability)

b) Use the laptop with Intel and Nvidia GPU (tolerate BSOD disruptions)

c) Replace the motherboard with its attached Nvidia GPU (expensive repair)

Is there no way fix this specific "nvlddmkm.sys" driver issue? I'll try going back to win10. Thank you.

Multiple driver versions have been tested.

Instability continued.

The instability with multiple driver versions indicates malfunctioning hardware.

Laptops have components attached to the motherboard.

Swap testing is not available.

Testing Windows 10 with its new drivers is an additional test.
