ICONS

What kind of icons??? Folders? EXE's? Shortcuts?
From where are you trying to retrieve these icons to place on the Desktop?
Could it have anything to do with the multiple downloads of the same EXE's as per your 'screenshot'?
no multiple downloads i see what's happening its creating another download for the ICON when i release it

You have repeatedly posted screenshots of your Downloads folder but have described a problem with your desktop instead.
Please clarify.

I still don't fully understand what's going on, but, right click and drag is creating copies, left click and drag is normal.
I don't know what the problem is with the right of your screen vs the middle! 🤷‍♂️

I just keep seeing him posting this -
I suspect what's going on is:
He's right clicking and dragging and dropping downloaded exe's, creating copies, and it's prompting the browser's temp downloads folder to pop open every time he does so.

But, I don't know what this is all about:
i can only right click on the side of Desk top screen in the middle nothing happens

And, I still don't understand what he's trying to accomplish!

That seems to be an orphaned Downloads dialogues box from the Edge Browser with an added Close cross top right ??
You cannot normally drag and drop downloads from that, I assume some crazy mod/Edge add-on has been used.
The 2 downloads sort of indicates a PC in a dire state.
