Adobe Photoshop Elements 2024 works fine with Windows 11 23H2. Also, if you own both a desktop and laptop computer you can install it on both. The only catch is that you cannot run both at the same time.
The setup creates a link to Adobe Photoshop Elements 2024 main menu. Since I only use the Photo Editor I created another link that directly opens the Adobe Photoshop Elements 2024 (Photo Editor).
