My mainboard Gigabyte Z370 Gaming 7.
After update Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Insider Preview (10.0.22622.436) (KB5015888) > Realtek Audio no sounds...
Uninstall current Realtek Drivers > Windows auto install drivers of microsoft > Sound back, install realtek sound driver > no sound
Anyone have the same issue?

Download latest Realtek drivers from MUC but still no luck. Uninstall current Realtek HDA Drivers and Windows auto detect drivers > Sound back again, but Realtek Audio Console show that: "Realtek Audio Console doesn't support for this machine" :|

I wish there was a way for us to solve this problem. Onetime I did manage to get it working until I restarted my computer.

@SeCrEt BoY and @DiPedro: Update:I just went through Realtek hell trying to get my speakers working on the Dev 25197 build. The headphone using the CSR Audio Dongle was working OK. My headphones are my main source so I don't disturb my wife. I didn't know the speakers stopped working until I tried to listen to Spotify with my speakers. My speakers had defaulted back to the Realtek driver and the trouble shooter failed on three different tries. My speakers are now working and this is what I did to get them working. I opened Device Manager and disabled the Realtek driver in Audio inputs and outputs. I tried uninstalling the drivers but they reinstalled when the computer restarted. Then I disabled the Realtek driver in Sound, video and game controller. Then I restarted the computer. After the restart I went into Device manager and manually installed the HD driver in Sound, video and game controller. To manually install the driver, click on Realtek(R) Audio>Update driver>Browse my computer for drivers>Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer>Select the High Definition Audio Driver.

@DiPedro and @SeCrEt BoY, if you update to the latest Dev build you will have to manually install the HD sound driver again. I know because I just had to do it.

No, my case is different...
I must uninstall any Reatek Driver for sound working again.
- Uninstall current sound driver > Restart, install Realtek Driver (from Gigabyte or from MUC) > Restart > No sound
- Uninstall current Realtek driver > Restart, windows auto install OEM Realtek driver > Sound back but Realtek Audio Console give "Realtek Audio Console doesn't support for this machine"

I have tried everything I can think of and the Realtek driver will not work. The reason that the audio console doesn't work is because you have to be running the correct driver. You may find something here that might help. Sound & Audio - Windows 10 Forums

I bought an $8.00 Sabrent USB Stereo Sound adapter from Amazon as a backup solution in case the HD driver stops working on my desktop.

1. Use Bluetooth interface > the sound sometimes have latency...
2. Use Windows OEM Audio Driver > and without Realtek Audio Console.
I lost the Realtek Audio Console a long time ago. I don't understand why Realtek has to make their drivers a RealTek Pain. I'm now using the HD audio driver and FxSound. The only problem with this setup is that I have to manually select the sound output.
