Intel Corporation - SoftwareComponent - 3.1322.1101.2

Running Win 11 22h2 /22621.1413

This Intel Driver keeps popping up as an update. I keep installing it but it just won't quit. I even went into the advanced system settings and turned device installation settings to 'no.' What is this Software Component...and why does Windows Update insist on installing it every other day?

It also screws up the upload speed of the Ethernet Killer E2400, slows it down to a ridiculous 1Mbs or even lower.
It is meant for the Wi-Fi, but it ends up screwing up the Ethernet E2400.

I disabled Killer Prioritization Engine and prevented the Killer performance suite it from coming on at startup.
After that I got my normal ethernet speed back.

1)Open Killer Control Center, go to the Settings Tab on the left-hand side and disable Killer Prioritization Engine (formerly known as Advanced Stream Detect).

2) Right-click your Taskbar, click Task Manager, then click Startup tab, find Killer Control Center, and right-click it and Disable it from Startup.
