Windows 11 Pro 22H2, Build 22621.1702
When I open Microsoft Store and look in the 'Library' for my PC I see 3 apps at the bottom of the list that are not installed and they have a symbol implying that they are 'inviting' you to download the apps from the cloud. The apps are AccuWeather for HP, AdBlock Plus and WiFi Analyzer. See photo. Alongside each app it shows "Purchased (date)" but I am sure that I have never purchased these apps and they are not installed on my PC nor has AdBlock Plus extension been added to my browsers.

- Are MS being paid to 'push' these apps? It is easy to ignore them but I find it irritating because they cannot be deleted.
- Is anyone else seeing these?
- Is it possible to stop them being shown?
