type what you want but place the whole string in quotes instead of using +, - etc..

Hey friend, i have used Mozilla (Fire Fox) for as long as i can remember, it worked reall good for me doing Malware Removal logs for 23 yrs. Still using/doing logs today !! Be Safe !

You miss my point. There are other, Boolean operators that don't work in Google or Bing.

If you don't mind using a text based browser such as lynx. Works fine on my Linux NAS system --haven't tried on Windows but even if it doesn't you should be able to get it to work if you install the WSL on Windows.

It looks good but is buggy in Edge, Brave and Firefox. DDG is my default SE.

DDG does not fully respect Boolean operators, hence my quest. But its bangs are useful. !a will search Amazon UK if you change the region in DDG's settings.
!tesco is also very useful to me. But plus and minus operators are pretty well useless.
