If you don't mind using a text based browser such as lynx. Works fine on my Linux NAS system --haven't tried on Windows but even if it doesn't you should be able to get it to work if you install the WSL on Windows.

It looks good but is buggy in Edge, Brave and Firefox. DDG is my default SE.

DDG does not fully respect Boolean operators, hence my quest. But its bangs are useful. !a will search Amazon UK if you change the region in DDG's settings.
!tesco is also very useful to me. But plus and minus operators are pretty well useless.
