As an update I have just viewed from others with the same problem a Microsoft tech has stated that it is not necessary to install this update and a release in the second week of June should fix these issues that they are aware of........I,ll wait LOL
I don't install Preview updates. They are more prone to bugs and I do not want to be a tester for Microsoft.
It's your choice to install preview updates but statistically you will get more problems by doing so.
You could wait, because it isn’t mandatory or necessary. Or you could try disabling any 3rd party antivirus and or temporarily disable Secure Boot in your BIOS until after the update. Doing both together has been known to work.
