MS weren't able to help me, I hope someone here can.
This update for some unknown reason keeps corrupting my battle.net app to the point it refuses to load properly. I went to MS online help after uninstalling and reinstalling the battle.net app failed to make one iota of difference to my then unplayable game. First my system was rolled back, which worked right up until the update came in again.
I returned to MS online help, this time they uninstalled KB5032288, and this time the battle.net app loaded, and then when I launched the game, I could hear the main screens sound effects, but my screen was black. They restarted the app, but the original failure to load the app returned. I was told the problem would be looked into and they would get back to me when they had an answer, in the meantime to roll my system back again, reinstall battle.net and they turned off the updates.
That was almost 2 weeks ago now, I don't want to turn the updates back for fear of again getting an unplayable game again. Oh and I am still waiting for MS to get back to me.
Also because my system was rolled back twice, the screenshots and recordings I had of the issue I no longer have.
Now that I have just typed that out I realise it's probably going to be impossible for a "fix" to even begin without the screenshots of the problem
