This April update after updating and attempting to login to desktop; the screen goes black and how I was able to get to my desktop by ctrl Alt Delete and swith users to the administrator account which was fine and uninstall this update and then after uninstalling this update, I was able to login in to my normal desk account; tried this a few time and finally had to block this update since i can't access my desktop because the screen is black
Any help fixing this would be appreciated

Many times, a driver included in a Windows Update will break something.
DELL should have a tool, that will keep your drivers, up to date.

Does it help, when you run explorer.exe from run?
If yes, run CMD as admin and copy/paste (it might help):
