I just linked them, so you had something to read before your motherboard arrived.
No need to memorize them immediately. :-)
No doubt that memorizing those manuals will well be burnt into my gray matter by delivery time!! :lmao::think::look:

What a super manner to use Screenshot from here, thanks for the tip. As far as "Print Screen" key function, both Razor mouse and keyboard have this recorded for ease of use. Macro I do believe they are... Handy bit of button pressing to have available...

These are just the ones I've seen most people ask for.

As I mentioned earlier, you seem to know what you're doing... so I doubt you'll have any problems with your new motherboard, etc. :-)

Of course we'll want to see pics of your new build when it's finished.

It is my pleasure and quite an honour to be a member of this forum and gain from and stand in awe at such a grand pool of experience and knowledge within such a unique and talented community to reach out to in numerous areas, that I am grateful for each one of you who have taken time to guide me along and I'm equally rather impressed and a wee bit overwhelmed at the kind, helpful responses given. Each one of you are a Sterling individual and I am at your service to return the favour as best I am able.

All the stuff on the Tweaks Leader Board, is in ElevenForum's tutorials.
These are just the ones I've seen most people ask for.

As I mentioned earlier, you seem to know what you're doing... so I doubt you'll have any problems with your new motherboard, etc. :-)

Of course we'll want to see pics of your new build when it's finished.

But of course, I'd be delighted to post build foto's when completed and all the Razor and Govee RGB-IC strip lighting incorporated... these strip lights are obsessing me and I say my entire flat will be lit up like a SoHo Goth basement club. I've several reels of various lengths that I've not even removed from their packaging and as a Libra, it takes a few moments to achieve artistic perfection .... 🖤🖤🖤♎♎♎☯️☯️☯️🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

As much as I like to remain at the PC, I must dash off to market and I have a few social engagements to attend to before dawns light appears and drives der Vampyres back into their lairs (or is it Goth conclaves?? ). I have enjoyed all the chatting and advice given and I am away for the evening. I bid you good evening and wish you a lovely evening/night.

I'm totally in agreement with you regarding your point. As it was gifted (or dumped on me) it's obvious that it's of the WYSIWYG category shrouded in mystery and whatever else would give rise to no documentation included. The entrance into the BIOS eludes me for the moment and I'll sort that out later. I've a Z970 MB arriving in the middle of next week to replace this junk and have no worries thereafter. I dare say that I prefer DIY with desktop PC's as you point out your choice of the identical notion. All is as it is and Harmony and Balance once again, has been maintained. :-):party:
Odd.

The delete key usually gets me into the BIOS settings. Or F2.

The Z790 board you've ordered uses DDR5 RAM. (at least, I don't spot a DDR4 variant under that name.) I hope that the 4 in the "KOLOE B760M4-Plus" doesn't indicate DDR4, which you won't be able to transfer. (B760 and Z790 boards can come with one or the other.)

I wondered whether the new CPU you purchased had onboard graphics, but I see that you have a GTX 1660 Super graphics card, so it doesn't matter. (That's not a super gaming card by current standards, but it's better than integrated graphics.)

Please let us know how things work out for you.

Good evening to you bobkn, I trust all is well with you and yours. You were on point with the capabilities of that specific Z970 MB and the other subjects you have touched upon.

I arrived home late yesterday from a short adventure within Eastern Europa and rather frazzled from the flight, I retired early. I digress by the fact of discovering a bit of surprise after opening the crate posted by the PC firm which awaited my return. All was in order with the invoice except for the Motherboard. Inspecting both the invoice and removing a motherboard from inner wrapping materials to my astonishment and delight, the Asrock Z790 Steel Legend was out of stock before it was shipped (unknown reason), the agent substituted it with an ASUS Prime Z790-P Wi-Fi 4 motherboard. I do believe that I improved by 1000% and as a dedicated ASUS consumer, I was thrilled for this providence sent via The Gods when I desired this very ASUS motherboard from the beginning.

I've a task ahead and ready to put this puzzle together. So there you are for present progress. Take care.
