I'm glad you are feeling somewhat better, at least. Becoming tired quickly, and feeling sleepy, as you know, could be caused by a wide range of issues. From something as simple as a dietary and/or exercise change, to any number of underlying things that you may be unaware of.

I would encourage you to consult with your GP, should your condition persist. Perhaps a comprehensive blood screening may be in order. It's always better to be safe than sorry. Stay on top of health issues. ;)
