Yes it is Mike we haven't had weather like this in many years and it was like this for 2 weeks now ...I think the lowest it got was 18 degrees several nights

Well I think the worst hit city right now is Buffalo New York ....the amount of snow they got is unbelievable ...even there plow trucks are struck in the snow ...
