I've got a few image/graphics programs. I'm not artistic but still like to have a go. Photo & Graphic Designer is a mixture of a vector (primarily) and bitmap creator/editor. This ball was a vector creation. Drawn line by line from a tutorial, then set against a photo I took myself. All done on a single layer...

I've got CorelDraw Home & Student X7 that I use sometimes. It is a cut-down version but still good. I'd like the full version but it is a bit expensive for me. Just an occasional hobbyist.
