It's a well oiled process by now, like riding a bicycle it becomes 2nd nature. I just need to reduce the numbers a bit to get it over in a more reasonable time.

The 'new arrival' coinciding with PT was unfortunate timing, should have arrived the day before but DHL had issues and it got delayed. It really put a spanner in the works this time....

All that really makes sense when you tell the way you do it and still sounds hard to me I am sure it took some time for it to become like a well oiled machine :D

Oh yes, it only got really smooth about the end of last year. Partly due to practice, partly due to eliminating some unnecessary steps.

:lmao: I don't think it works that way. I think it's still learning my work patterns to refine its estimate. I only installed W11 on Tuesday evening :wink:

Still, early indications are that I didn't waste my money on this 2020 built Dell 3190 2-in-1. A Battery Report shows its capacity is still virtually at the design capacity, and its SSD reports only a handful of hours powered up time. This fully W11 supported machine appears to be virtually unused, not bad value at £120 (about $140).

    fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update.

No that is not bad for what you paid for it I do not like laptops as they are too hard to repair and by the time it needs repairing you cannot get parts. but at that price, I would have bought it also. I just ordered one of these for my use. has all the ports I need.
