According to your GPU-Z on Windows 11 your PC is running this driver:
27.20.20903.8001 (Adrenalin 21.5.2) DCH / Win11 64

Looking under Display adaptors in the device manager in Windows will give you more information.

Yes, currently sane driver in both environments. Working in Win10; not working in Win11.

Seeking a working version for Win11!

The issue could one of these.
1. Bad driver installation.
2. Outdated GPU drivers.
3. GPU driver conflict (this is apparently common with Dell computers).
4. Outdated motherboard drivers
5. Hardware issues.

Please post some screenshots of the display adaptor information from the Windows 11 device manager.
Go to the display adaptor, right-click >> properties >> Driver's tab and also the driver details. It should tell you if Windows thinks the device and drivers are working properly.

Windows most definitely does not think the driver is working properly! "Error 43," and it refuses to run them (unless it's the less-common "black screen" variety). As I've stated above, multiple installations & removals of multiple drivers, to include a whole separate "test bed" partition of a clean install of Win11. Works fine in Win10; doesn't work at all in Win11 (error 43 or black screen)--except for one magical combination I found, but was then dumb enough to lose....

I suspect the device doesn't meet the current system requirements for Windows 11 so there are no working drivers.

It doesn't install from the Microsoft Store. I had to download the AMD APU zipped file (Do a Google Search for Radeon Settings Lite) and unzip that and the UWP folder. First, I had to install the UWP driver and then the Radeon Settings Lite UWP app.

When I launched it, it detected my AMD Firepro 4150M graphics card.

It replaced the AMD Catalyst Graphics Centre.

Looking in Device Manager?
24.6.1 is whole driver package for number of AMD GPUs from which driver for particular GPU is installed. For my Rx 6600XT it is 32.0.11021.1011

The 24.6.1 download from AMD is the current official Radeon software and drivers. The ones push installed via Windows Update (WU) in my experience are not as good on my system and not as stable. They require the Radeon software (see screenshot below) to be setup separately and is a bit messy to install.

I use the Local Group Policy Editor in Windows to disable the installation of the AMD GPU drivers via Windows Update as they're push installed automatically and give the user no chance to stop them being installed. I'm on the Windows Insider Release Preview channel currently.

I've highlighted the driver version of the 24.6.1 drivers in the screenshot.

For me the 24.6.1 software and drivers are stable.

This one.
NB: Changing this policy setting stops ALL driver updates via Windows Update.

May be necessary to logoff/logon or reboot for the GPO change to take effect.
