Latest AMD Radeon Graphics Driver for Windows 11

If AMD and their OEM partners such as Sapphire can get the 9070's on store shelves very promptly after release they could make hay while the sun shines. In contrast to Nvidia who've botched the release of their new 5000's series cards.

The actual driver version (32.0.13018.6) is higher than the driver version that is included in both the 24.12.1 drivers (32.0.12033.1030) as well as the 25.1.1 Optional drivers (32.0.12033.5010). It does not install any control panel, and after installing the new driver, the old control panel reports that it's no longer compatible.

Interesting to see Microsoft releasing a driver before AMD. I'm assuming that this must have been in response to a pretty serious issue that was found.

I also got my version of the drivers through windows update.

I noticed that with driver version 24.12.1 (And previous versions) I am unable to monitor c.clock and mem.clock speed of the GPU (7900xtx) and am unable to use programs like Afterburner.

However, with the windows DCH driver I don't have this issue at all.

I also noticed that your digital signature says "WHQL", unfortunately mine says "Beta"

The strange thing is that whenever I go to download the latest ver. of adrenalin (either beta or whql from techpowerup / amd) it says "downgrade" on the adrenalin installation screen. And with the DCH drivers I can't access the Adrenalin software.

Any clue what's going on here? (Screenshot of gpu-z attached)

Hmmmm the auto-updater seems to not be picking up this latest Optional update even though optional is selected. Perhaps it will take a bit.

I see the base prices are pretty good however that will be the lower side of prices. Each AIB will obviously have much higher prices on "better" video cards. For instance XFX seems to have 4 different pricing tiers. Basically the lower priced cards stock will be minimal while the higher priced ones will see more stock available. So much for gamers luck.

I'm not going to install these new AMD Radeon 25.3.2 drivers just yet. Most of the changes seem to relate to 9000 series issues. Though I must add that issues with Windows Update installing unwanted drivers aren't limited to 9000 series GPU's. I have all driver updates disabled via a Group Policy because it screws up the drivers/software for my RX 7900 XTX.

It good to see AMD have fixed the annoying bug for those with systems with multiple +120hz monitors (not me) causing system and application crashes.

Installed the new 25.4.1 software/drivers about 20 minutes ago. Working fine so far although some users are having an issue where the AMD Radeon Control Panel is slow to load (my PC is ok). Good to see AMD have a fix for now for FreeSync issues. I'll turn it back on and see what happens. This issue has been a pain in the neck for long time.

Depends on criteria such as are you having any of the issues listed that AMD have fixed or would any of the new features added be useful?

My strategy is typically to update the AMD GPU drivers/software only if there is a specific reason to do so.

Well as far as i know wasn't having any issues, this is my first AMD video card in years, previously with older system was running Nvidia up til July 2024 and on that one always installed every video driver release.

AMD side been more cautious and i skipped the last preview update and just waited til 25.3.1 was final, this time i was like well i'll try 25.4.1 and see how it does, but got quite a few games and programs to test more as i get time to, and hopefully no issues crop up, then when final version comes out--then will update to that, and should be all good i hope
