Why everytime Edge updates it turning off pen tabs from last session' It goes back to open new page.

Because you're syncing Edge settings from another device?

Yes, I had to re-enable it. I always use it that way to restore tabs. It was changed to: Open new tab page. I recover by session with Ctrl+T
