Left arrow key stops working in Windows 11 laptop
I have a Windows 11 thinkpad x1 carbon gen 10 laptop which has been having issues with the left arrow key. It suddenly stops working after a while even after a restart.

Are you savvy enough for the suggestion of removing the keyboard from device manager and then
rebooting ?
I can’t say it will work but it’s the first thing I would personally try.
Learn how to use Device Manager to uninstall devices and driver packages on Windows 10 and Windows 11.

This "might" be because of the sticky key option in Settings.

I would suspect a flaky keyboard key.
I would of suspected the same thing, Mumma-Glass, but pillowcase plugged in an external wireless keyboard and the same issue occured.

@pillowcase2923 Here are things I would try and the order I would try them.
I would make sure there is no software conflict causing the problem by doing a clean boot. . If it doesn't happen in a clean boot, you have some software conflicting with Windows. Brink's procedure will help you weed out which one.
Perform a Clean Boot in Windows 11 to Troubleshoot Software Conflicts Tutorial
As crazy as the issue is I would also see if it happens in safe boot.
Press the Windows logo key + R .
Type msconfig in the Open box and then select OK .
Select the Boot tab.
Under Boot options, check the Safe boot checkbox.Apply
To boot normally go back into msconfig and uncheck the box.
Make sure you have no corrupt system files that is causing this problem. Open a command prompt as administrator and type
sfc /scannow
Pay attention to the scan results to see if SFC found anything it could not repair.
If it found corruption it could not fix followup with this command (note the spaces)
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Restart computer.
