Any ideas as to accomplish this?

You need to check your internet virus protection software. It probably blocks it.

Thanks, I had forgotten that, turned it off, then tried to log in a few times with no response, which I had seen more than once yesterday. Turned it back on for security, and will try again later.

Now to find a way to change (NM to (NM), which I am sure is keeping me from submitting my annual donation to one organization. The oddity is that (NM) is how it is listed, but not how it appears when chosen. I tried Edge, but I cannot duplicate here the strange way it appears there, using a non-existent symbol in place of the closing ).

It will tell you it's insecure , click on Advanced, go anyway.
