I've purchased some new ones and some from Dell Outlet. Several years back I bought a Dell XPS 9510, with specs of 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD, 4K OLED 15" Screen, NVIDIA 3050ti, from Dell Outlet that was listed as like new with an original new price of $3,399 USD. I paid $1,749. When it was delivered it was indistinguishable from new, and my wife is still using it today. The OLED screen is as stunning today as the day it arrived.

My current XPS in "My Computer" below was purchased from the Dell Outlet and it too arrived indistinguishable from new with a full new warranty. It was $3,449 USD new, and I got it for $2,199. The out-of-the-box setup is the same as if you bought it at the new price. I love it. I've had nothing but good experiences with Dell Outlet and have never been disappointed.

It's a Dell XPS 16 9640. I purchased it refurbished from the Dell Outlet, and it was described as "Like New". When I opened the box, it was essentially a new computer without a mark or blemish. Crystal Disk Info showed less than an hour of power on time. For that I got a 36% discount.

that is what steered me away from HP theirs is soldered in Dell you can added on more ram. My thoughts are I never thought I would need more ram but ya never know what the next five years demands will be you may need 32 Ram.

On the regular Dell site, you don't have to accept what they are currently listing, you can choose to configure the Inspiron 16 any way you would like. Just click on the "Customize" icon on the far-right side of the screen and set it up exactly the way you want. Dell will build it to your specifications.
