Low Sound Issues

Windows 11
I had this problem back on Windows 10 and it's apparently carrying over to Windows 11. Basically, my sound volume would suddenly get pretty low, but the volume on my devices would not change. The only fix I knew of, was to restart my computer.

What causes this and is there something I can do to fix this permanently? Is there something I can do to fix the problem when it happens without having to close all of my apps and restart my computer?

EDIT: I think I'm noticing in general that the volume levels on Windows 11 seem lower than that of Windows 10. Any truth to that and if so, is there a fix? I did see another thread regarding that on another board (not this site).

EDIT #2: I'm using a Logitech G933 headset (USB).

I had a similar issue several months ago. There is a radio station that I listen to regularly. But I also listen to some music from other sources. On day the radio station was extremely low in volume, But all the other audio was good. It took a while to figure out, but it turned out to be one of the tabs that I had open in Chrome. I started deleting tabs and the audio from the radio station suddenly restored to it's normal level. I don't remember what tab it was and I have no real explanation as to why a open tab would cause the issue.

I believe it was on W10. I haven't had the same issue on W11.
