Looks like I got my network working between my two Windows 11 systems. I missed one thing. I had Password Protected Sharing in the All Networks section turned ON for one of the computers. I just dont know how I got it right on one PC and not the other but it's fixed. NO PASSWORDS needed. The thing about doing it wrong and then figuring it out is that it helps you remember in case someone else has the same symptoms
