Back at the beginning of June my PC got infected with a virus (my fault), and copied files to my OneDrive, then before I could clean up and delete the files, Microsoft suspended my account.
I appealed my case on 18 June, but heard nothing, then I tried again on 10 July. I still haven't heard anything from them, even though I gave them an alternate email address to contact me.
How do I get in touch with them to ask what's going on ?
I can't ask the question on the MS help/Q&A forums, because I have to log in first, but I can't because my account is suspended. (a bit of a catch 22).
Any help appreciated.
