Someone has recently raised a question about the annoying cookie popup on NewTab.
This has been bugging me for a long time, but I never really paid much attention to it.
Blocking ntp.msn.com via HOSTS or DNS will do the trick. The NewTab will be "blank".
Like when you have no internet connection, you will not be able to setup anything.
