I bought a paid subscription to Microsoft Solitaire & Casual Games in June. This is supposed to eliminate ads, but it is no longer doing that. I tried logging out and restarting my HP laptop as suggested online to no avail. I tried the Restore Purchases option from the menu several times but keep getting an error message. I followed the link there but seem to be going around in circles. How do I fix this?
