Loading The Microsoft Store is becoming a joke. When it does finally load (maybe 20 minutes) I can never sign in. I get the attached message. The problem is complicated by the fact that Microsoft now has some important apps that you can only get through the store (such as "Quick Assist" that allows their support techs to see your screen. The the techs usually tell you to reinstall the OS...great help! This is beyond frustrating, it is totally irresponsible on their behalf. If anyone knows how to open their store please let me know. I've tried troubleshooting- resetting, repairing, re-registrating etc. Apparently Microsoft does not have enough storage space to acccommodate their customers. Hard to believe!
