Hey, come to remember it, I forced Local Security Authority protection ON with a reg edit from the Tutorial section.

That's because the slider was in the ON position but there was a 'Restart Needed" that did not go away after doing several restarts.

I now wonder if by doing the reg edit, I may have interfered too strongly under the hood
