I get unable to connect , I can not open the company minitool.com site not even with vpn !!

The problem could be with the MiniTool website. It worked for me. Have you tried the suggestion from @The-Hive? The other day I was trying to access a web page on the HP help site. I kept getting a page not found when I tried the Canary build of Edge and also with Firefox. The site loaded when I used the release build of Edge.

I always use Mini Tool Partition Wizard, which I am assuming is what you are having problems with. I usually start with googling it and then there are several choices to download from. I would try a different source for your download attempt, you might be lucky.
