Live Free or Die!
As the subject line states, I am looking for the Offline Installer for MiniTool Partition Wizard 12, specifically v12.5, 12.6, or 12.7 [Free Version]. Honestly, I'd prefer v12.7, but any of those versions should be acceptable. I've searched pretty extensively, and I can't find anything but the 'Online Installer(s)', which will will VERY likely install an updated version of the program. Knowing what I know, I'd like to draw the line excluding v12.8 & newer, as I already have v13.5, and so I don't need/want the newer version anyway. Sooo, anybody have it, and can share it? Anybody have a link where I can find it? Fire away...
Here's Why - In reviewing the Version Update Log on the Mini Tool website (and various other resources), it's my understanding that v12.7 was the last version with the old(er) GUI and the menu bar, and v12.6 added Win 11 compatibility. I also believe there's at least one member here is still using v12.5, and it would seem that version works/is being used w/ Win 11, so that would actually work for me, if that's the case.
Use Case - I've got a Windows 7 machine I use as a 'sandbox', and feel the older version would be most appropriate for use on that PC. I'm also hoping to eliminate the annoyance from the newer version(s), which prompts me to update every time I launch the program, or whenever I boot my PC from a 'power off' condition. I don't know for sure if this is actually the case, but I'm hoping that you can access 'Update Preferences' somehow from the Menu Bar, as there seem to be ZERO accessible settings in the later version(s) w/o the menu bar. Regardless, v12.x does everything I'd need it to, and nothing I don't anyway, so that's where I am. Whatcha' got?
