Hi,

I have a few queries about it, before performing a clean install.

Have 2 partitions on my SSD. C W11 and D Data, both encrypted/bitlocker.

1. How do I create, resize, merge using this app?
2. Am not getting those options?

Care to have aDM.pngMT.png look at the attachments and post your expert comments.

Thanks.

Why don't you just delete the partitions from Windows setup screen.

You can't delete C: partition while you boot from it you can delete D: partition and merge it with C: partition.

I know, am trying to see how the app works before a clean install. Could be the partitions are locked....?

C: partition is a booted partition, so it's protected but not D: partition.

You mean hypotheticallly nothing can be done with C. And C cannot be merged with D OR D cannot be resized, deleted etc.

As I said, send it back. You seem to be having nothing but trouble with it for some reason. Let Dell sort it out while you go cure Covid

There isn't any trouble, just unnecessary apps, dual MS Off. Want a final clean install that's it.

You don't need Minitool partition manager to delete the partitions, you can do it from Windows 11 setup screen.

Well I wouldn't bother with the partitions then, just clean install to a clean disk. At least then it'll be a completely fresh start.......again.
