Solved Mouse double click gets latest used files, etc.

Windows 11 Home 23H2 always the latest updates
I have Windows 11 23H2 OS Build 22631.3737.

When I double click on an empty area of the desktop I get a list of the latest used files etc and folders.

How to I STOP that?

May be corrupt system files. Try running tuneup.bat batch file.

It contains sfs /scannow command string along with DISM and chkdsk command strings so nothing dangerous.

Edit - Oops! It seems I can no longer attach .bat files so good luck finding a fix.

Actually it's sfc /scannow and I ran it and it found and fixed some problems, but not the mouse problem.
