I need some good advice, which one of the three editions should I download to get all features in Office Insider channels?

You may become an Office insider if you own a license. And you join the insider program within the Office app, not by downloading some software.

Office 365 Business is the one that contains all features. Make sure you buy the subscription though, or you miss out on many things.
