My wife newer laptop she got 5 months keeps on blue screening about every week. I have done drivers and bios update. Just crashed again. I checked event viewer and saw this. Wondering if that could be causing the crashing issue. Not sure where to go for T/S.

Update your MSI Apps. Something like the old Dragon Center has been replaced by MSI Center.
It has the newer MSI app. I have checked for any updates through the MSI center and it shows everything is updated.

My other PC is a 2 year old MSI Modern 14 C12-M laptop. I can assure you, that the list of drivers shown in MSI Center for my own laptop for example, are frequently, not up to date.

I use Intel's Driver Support and Update Assistant to check the Intel based drivers are up to date and they have been known to change frequently. Graphics drivers, WiFi, Bluetooth, all have been updated several times.

I also (probably to the horror of some reading!) use CCleaner, a paid for version that keeps all of my drivers up to date. Before anyone says that there's no need to update drivers if the old ones aren't giving problems, well that's a choice I choose to make. I don't get any problems at all using CCleaner and I don't have any driver issues with either of my PC's.
