I had to reinstall Win 11 25H2 using the in-place repair install method. KB5070773 had been installed before that and the repair install apparently did not pick that update up. I am trying to install that update using WUSA (doing the SSU [KB5043080] first), but it errors out saying "it is not applicable to my computer". I am currently at Build 26200.6899. How can I fix this?

Could it be this? Scroll down 3/4 of the page to " Updates installed via WUSA might fail if installed from a shared folder"
